Since moving to Arsenal from Lyon last summer, which was then a club-record fee, Alexandre Lacazette has struggled for consistency since moving to the Emirates Stadium. In recent months Lacazette has been sidelined with injury but should return after March’s international break.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to compete with, Lacazette needs to find an upturn in form and this summer’s World Cup gives him the opportunity to provide a boost for himself ahead of the new Premier League season.
