Arsenal are keeping an eye on youngster Dylan Asonganyi, according to the Mirror.

The newspaper reports that will have to fight off Manchester United, and if they want to sign the 16 year old. The striker has not yet made his debut in senior football but his performances for the MK Dons’ under 18 side have been very impressive.

Asonganyi has scored nine times in seven appearances this season, and his displays could see him promoted to the club’s first team squad to make his senior debut before long.

Inevitably there are parallels with another notable academy product, Dele Alli. The international made his debut as a 16 year old, and Asonganyi could be in line for a potential first team start before he turns 17 in a few months time. The forward looks to have a number of potential options in the Premier League though if he chooses to leave the Stadium:MK.
