The agent of Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto has told SportItalia (quotes via Calciomercato.com) that his client will more than likely move to the Premier League if he leaves the Serie A club.

In an interview with the Gazzetta Dello Sport earlier this week, the Czech international revealed he was boyhood fan of both Arsenal and Juventus, and Beppe Riso confirmed the player would consider a move to the Gunners:

“[He] likes Arsenal , he is a lover of English football, and likes Juve , Inter and other teams as well. [He’s a] young man, 21, must be calm and think only of Udinese, then we will see if I see him more in the Premier League than in other championships, yes. “

Jankto has been heavily linked with Arsenal in the past, and reports have suggested that scouts from the club watched the player last season. It was his first campaign as a regular first team player for Udinese in Serie A.

He had previously spent a year on loan with Ascoli in Serie B but his performances in the top division in Italy will certainly have kept the Gunner interested in the central midfielder. In 30 appearances last season, he scored five goals and provided four assists, helping Udinese to a mid table finish.
