Arsenal are interested in signing Blackpool winger Bright Osayi-Samuel, according to the Birmingham Mail. The local newspaper have also linked Aston Villa, Tottenham and Everton with the 19 year old.

Osayi-Samuel moved to England at the age of 10 after being born in Nigeria. He made his way through Blackpool’s academy before making his senior debut against Sheffield Wednesday back in March 2015.

Since then has has made 59 appearances for the Tangerines, playing in the Championship, League One and League Two as Blackpool dropped down the divisions in successive seasons.

So far this campaign, playing mostly on the right wing, Osayi-Samuel has played 27 games, scoring two goals and providing one assist. His manager Gary Bowyer has said he won’t stand in the way of any player who decides they want to leave the League Two side if a club from a higher division can offer them a chance to play at a higher level.
