Al Ain midfielder Omar Abdulrahman has said he is seeking a move to Europe in the near future, and he sees Arsenal as his ideal club.

The UAE international has had a trial at Manchester City in the past, but has been playing in the UAE Gulf league since he turned professional in 2008. Now 25, the winger has said he would like to move abroad to further his career.

When speaking to Dubai Eye Sport radio at the Dubai Tennis tournament, he was asked about his future. Their Twitter account posted his reply:

“Omar Abdulrahman tells @TheRealPatCash his ideal club would be “Arsenal”. Asked if he’ll move to Europe: “I hope so. Inshallah.”

Abudlrahman, or Amoory for short, is regularly top of the UAE league’s assist charts, creating 14 goals in 22 games last season. He was also a key figure for Al Ain in the AFC Champions League as they made it all the way to the final only to lose on aggregate over two legs to Korean K-League side Jeonbuk. On his way to the final, Amoory scored three goals and provided six assists in 14 outings.
