Five players Wenger should offload in January

I didn’t want to put him on this list as I believe he is a good player who adds depth to the defence, especially the right-back position. However, I can’t see Bellerin relinquishing his starting role anytime soon.

Jenkinson has spent the last two seasons on loan with West Ham, but his latest spell at the east London club was cut short due to the right-back suffering a cruciate ligament injury.

This season, the energetic full-back has featured just twice for Arsenal, once in Europe and the outing coming in the EFL Cup win over Reading.

This is a difficult one to call. On one hand, he is needed at the club to give Bellerin some competition and give Wenger some back up in the right-back position. But on the other hand, Jenkinson will be eager to play regularly, having done so for West Ham in the past two seasons.

Possibly another loan move away from the club would be ideal for the player and club, with an option to bring him back when needed.
