Arsenal had scouts at the Champions League clash between Benfica and Besiktas, a Portuguese football journalist has confirmed.
As can be seen below, Tom Kundert has gained a copy of the clubs that had scouts in attendance for the clash at the Estadio da Luz, with a representative from the North London club watching the 1-1 draw.

Speculation has started to just which player or players the Arsenal scout was in attendance to monitor, with a couple of stars that have been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium in the past taking to the pitch.
Benfica’s young attacking prodigy Goncalo Guedes has been linked with Arsenal over time and is adjudged to be one of Portuguese football’s brightest young starlets. He started the game in attack for the hosts.
