Arsenal are interested in signing Yannick Carrasco, according to reports in Italy.
The 25-year-old Belgian joined Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang from Atletico Madrid for £26.5million last February and has scored seven goals and created a further five in 25 appearances to date.
Unai Emery is looking to bolster his attacking options this January and, according to Sky Italia (via Metro), the Spaniard has targeted Carrasco as a potential option.
The Belgian can play either side of the central striker and is also capable of playing in a wing-back position as he has done for his national team under Roberto Martinez.
Dalian Yifang are open to idea of moving Carrasco on but only if they can recoup what they paid for him last year.
Both AC Milan and Manchester United are also believed to be interested in Carrasco, but it’s understood that the Belgium international would favour a move to Arsenal.
