Sarr, 20, is supposedly attracted the interest of Barcelona and Rennes are highly likely to cash in on him in the next 12 months. The left winger, who can also operate on the opposite flank or as a striker, has scored three goals in 10 appearances so far this season.
Havertz, 19, on the other hand has played over 50 games for Bayer Leverkusen and has won his first cap for Germany. The midfielder has bagged four goals in as many games as Sarr and has already equalled his total from last season.
Both Havertz and Sarr are highly-rated by their respective clubs and only big offers will see both clubs do business with Arsenal.
