Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to reduce their €40m (£35.5m) asking price for winger Lucas Moura, according to RMC Sport (via TMW).
The French TV station say that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has decided to lower their demands for the 25 year old in order for a transfer to take place before the end of the January transfer window.
Arsenal are among the list of suitors who are reportedly interested in Lucas, although much may depend on whether they prioritise the signing of Bordeaux’s Malcom or Sporting’s Gelson Martins ahead of the Brazilian international.
The pacey winger has struggled for game time this season with just six appearances in all competitions, and it seems PSG are looking to cut their losses by agreeing to sell for a lower fee.
Lucas was actually signed from Sao Paulo for €40m in 2013, but PSG are keen to free up funds so they are not sanctioned by UEFA for breaking Financial Fair Play rules.
