Arsenal are considering a €25m (£22m) bid for PSV winger Hirving Lozano, according to Xania News.
The website reports that Gunners head scout Alex Rowley has been watching the Eredivisie club in recent weeks, keeping a close eye on potential targets, and the Mexican international has been the player that has impressed him the most.
Lozano only signed from Pachuca for €8m in July, but it seems that Arsenal may already be lining up a move for the 22 year old. Although the Gunners won’t sign him in the January transfer window, Xania News reports they will make an offer for the player ahead of a summer transfer.
The midfielder generally plays from the left wing, but it can also play from the right hand side. This season, Lozano has scored six goals and provided four assists in just six league appearances. The Mexican did however get sent off against Heerenveen last month, and missed two games as a result due to suspension.
