Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud is being pursued by Marseille, Everton and but boss Arsene Wenger won’t allow him to leave until there is certainty over other players’ futures, according to the Daily Telegraph.

It is believed the 30 year old will have to wait and see whether Alexis Sanchez signs a new contract to stay at the , and if Arsenal secure the signing of Thomas Lemar from .

After the record signing of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon, the Gunners have four recognised front players at their disposal with Giroud, Welbeck and all able to play up top. With Sanchez and Theo Walcott also capable through the middle, it may be surprising that Wenger is being cautious at ensuring he has enough attacking options for next season.

With Sanchez’s future still up in the air though, Perez wanting to leave and the likes of Mesut Ozil, and all heading into the final year of their , it seems Giroud will have to be patient if he wants to leave the club this summer.
