Turkish Super Lig club Antalyaspor are willing to pay Arsenal midfielder’s Jack Wilshere’s current €3m a year wages in full if he decides to leave the Gunners this summer, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The Turkish side currently have Samuel Eto’o, ex Tottenham midfielder Sandro and former French international Jeremy Menez on their books, and have the finances to make the deal happen.
Whether Wilshere would be interested in a move to Turkey is another matter though. The Mirror report that the 25 year old has been told he won’t be offered a new contract by Arsenal and can leave before the end of the transfer window. Sampdoria have offered £7.5m but the Gunners are said be wanting closer to €10m or £9m, Tuttomercatoweb reports.
In contrast the Daily Star say the London club are demanding over double that with a £20m price tag being placed on Wilshere, with West Ham interested in the midfielder. Whatever the asking price, it seems the England international will have a number of offers from right across Europe.
