The 24-year-old Spaniard is said to be back on Arsene Wenger’s radar having been a subject of interest last summer before returning to Real Madrid from Juventus.
Morata has struggled to get game time since his return to the Bernabeu and is understood to be considering his future at the La Liga club once again.
Arsenal could offer him a regular starting role in the side, especially if Sanchez leaves.
