Chinese Super League clubs have sound a number of renowned footballers from a round Europe in the past couple of years and some of the Premier League’s finest, which include Alexis Sanchez and Diego Costa, have been recently linked with a big money move to China.

Former Premier League players such as Ramires, Oscar, Carlos Tevez and Gervinho have all made the switch to the mega-rich league and earning a shed load of cash, and Giroud understands why fellow professionals are considering offers. However, the Frenchman is adamant he is not interested in joining a Chinese club until he has won the Premier League title with the Gunners.

Quoted on Sky Sports, Giroud said:

‘Honestly, from my point of view I will tell you that I can understand, but if you asked me if I want to go now I will tell you ‘no’.

‘The Premier League is my main target so after when I will win it one day, why not, you never know.’

Despite his lack of appearances in the first-half of the season, the France international signed a new long-term deal with Arsenal and is currently enjoying a productive run in the side, netting five goals in his last five starts.
