Hector genuinely has the ability to be world class if he can get his decisions right in terms of who he signs for next. A player of his current ability could easily play for a bigger side than, with all due respect, FC Koln and so now it is a case of who can make him the best deal. The Gunners should feel confident that they can with the real prospect of first team football in both the Premier League and Champions League.
