The Croatian is also finding it difficult to play regularly for a side in Madrid because of a Spaniard but this time it is with Atletico and Juanfran. Vrsaljko would have thought he’d have been playing a fair bit this season for the La Liga side after his move in the summer but he simply hasn’t been able to oust Juanfran and may now feel a move is his best step forward.
