French League sides Lorient, Guingamp and Le Harve are all interested in bringing Arsenal midfielder Ishmael Bennacer back to France according to Le Buteur.

Bennacer joined the Gunners from his hometown club Arles-Avignon in the summer of 2015 but the 18-year-old has so far only made one brief appearance for the first-team – that in the 3-0 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in the fourth round of the League Cup last season.

Le Buteur also report that a source close to the player told them that some English Championship clubs are also interested in making a deal for the midfielder, while there is also some interest in the player from Jupiler League clubs in Belgium.

Although French by birth, Bennacer is now a fully fledged Algeria international after qualifying through his parent’s ancestry, and he made his debut back in September in a 6-0 victory over Lesotho in an African Cup of Nations qualifying match.
