Frees up Sanchez
As soon as Giroud came on Sanchez enjoyed more freedom as the two Sunderland centre-halves that had to be focussing on him had to focus on the Frenchman. It allowed the Chilean to move in-between the lines, something he is one of the best in the division at, and duly it saw him grab a goal in the final stages of the game. With Giroud playing and Sanchez getting a liscence to roam, Arsenal could be even more potent.
