Arsene Wenger is already getting his winter shopping list together after the Gunners have been linked with a move for Breel Embolo.
Italian publication Calciomercato claim a source in Switzerland say that Arsenal are interested in the £10 million-rated FC Basle teenager and are lining up a move for him when the winter window reopens in January.
Spurs were believed to be keen on the 18-year-old for the striker/attacking midfielder but a transfer never happened.
Arsenal are now believed to be in the running for Embolo, who still has four-years left to run on his existing contract at the Swiss club, after Wenger failed to sign a striker over the summer.
Embolo may well be a promising youngster with talent, but his potential arrival this winter will almost certainly not go down well with the Emirates faithful, who all want to see a world-class striker come in rather than an unproven one.
