Nicklas Bendtner is in talks with Trabzonspor, reports the Metro.
The 25-year-old is back at Arsenal following a season-long loan spell at Juventus last season. But the Denmark international has been told by Arsene Wenger that he has no future at the Emirates, leaving the striker to look for another club this summer.
Bendtner, who revealed last month that he had five offers from clubs around Europe on the table, is keen to seek pastures new, but is still yet to finalise a move away from Arsenal.
Trabzonspor are the latest team to enter the fray for Bendtner’s signature, with a three-year-deal being proposed to his agent and father Thomas Bendtner.
It is thought the Dane forward is considering the switch to Turkey, but Trabzonspor want to hear from the player quickly otherwise the club will look elsewhere.
He is valued between £7-12 million – depending on what reports you read and believe – a fee which Malaga and Frankfurt were unwilling to fork out. In addition, all clubs interested in Bendtner are being put off by how much the player is on at The Emirates (£52,000-a-week).
Worth between £7 and £12m! Much nearer the £7.00 mark. Maybe Arsenal should ask £7 and 1p for him
