Reports have emerged claiming Arsenal have been tracking down another future star, by the name of Wellington Nem.

However, the 20-year-old Fluminense starlet admits he would favour a move to either Spain or Italy over England.

The Rio de Janiero-born attacking midfielder is also wanted by Chelsea and confirmed the Gunners’ interest. Though Wellington Nem can only see himself wearing the shirt of AC Milan, Juventus or Barcelona in the future, but remains focused on his career with Fluminense for the time being.

The Brazilian said:

‘I read about the interest of the Gunners and I often think about playing in Europe. I will continue to work to make my dream come true.’

He concluded by saying:

‘Where do I see myself? With the shirt of AC Milan, Barcelona or Juventus, but for now I just think of Fluminense.’

Wellington Nem shot to prominence after his loan spell with Figueirense last season and returned to his parent club this campaign in inspiring form.

The young Brazilian has superb technique, electric pace, good balance, as well as a piercing eye for goal and a pass. His current contract with Fluminense expires in 2014.

This guy has the potential to be a massive star in the future, and it’s no wonder why Arsenal have been keeping tabs on him.

It’s just a shame he doesn’t want to move to England!

Here is a video of the youngster in action:
