Bosnian starlet Edin Višca is ‘very proud’ to hear that Arsenal are interested in him.

The 5’7’’ winger has spent less than six months in Turkey with Istanbul BB after sealing a move from FK Zeljeznicar in August 2011 for £420,000.

But the 21-year-old could be on the move again this transfer window, with Arsenal reportedly keen on his services.

Višca told KiP:

‘I am very proud that such a big club is interested in me. Who wouldn’t be happy about that?

‘But the truth is, right now I am an Istanbul BB player and that means I cannot think too much about the Gunners. Until something concrete happens, I will only think about Istanbul BB as I want to play in Turkey and be as good as I can.

‘But, yes, I am happy and proud that such a big club wants me.’

Višca’s current contract with Istanbul BB does not expire until 2016, but perhaps a bid in the region of £2 million could see the young Bosnian international at The Emirates this winter.

Here is a video of the youngster in action:

Edin who?? Oh..we failed to sign Eden Hazard we’ll just have to make do with Edin Visca! Ok jokes aside, this has Arsene signature all over it. Unknown, low transfer fee and young. Never seen him play. But Wenger has said earlier, he’s not looking to buy any player. Only interested to loan a defender. This guy a winger. But i suppose if the price is reasonable and has huge potential i’m all for it. No harm to have another forward position player to add depth into the current squad. Our first choice winger, Gervinho and Walcott although possesses pace and can get behind defenders easily, their finishing left a lot to be desired. Hope this guy is clinical when comes to finding the back of the net. His physique reminds me of Hleb. Bears a striking resemblance too judging by this photo. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that he has Hleb’s skills or better than that if he’s to become an Gunner. Arsenal to beat Leeds 3-1 in tonight’s game. COYG!
