Arsenal target Andre Ayew is wanted by Bayern Munich, according to talkSPORT.com.
Although Ayew recently revealed that he would be willing to sign a new deal with Marseille, it’s believed talks between the 5’9’’ winger and the Ligue 1 club are moving very slowly.
Arsene Wenger is thought to be monitoring Ayew’s situation very closely and could launch a bid for the 21-year-old during the winter window, but only if he believes he is able to acquire him.
However, if the Frenchman wants to land the Marseille star in January then he will have to fend off German giants Bayern Munich, who are also reportedly keen on the Ghanaian international and appears to be on top of their Christmas list.
Ayew’s current contract runs out in June 2014 and is valued by Marseille at around £10 million.
