Arsenal are the latest Premier League outfit to be considering a bid for Atheltic Bilbao forward Fernando Llorente.
According to reports in the Spanish press, Arsenal could make a move for the Spanish international in the January transfer window to help bolster a strikeforce that is lacking threat without captain Robin van Persie.
Arsenal’s north London rivals Tottenham, as well as Liverpool, have previously been linked with the 26-year-old target man.
Llorente has a contract with Bilbao until 2013 and will need to make a decision about his future in the coming months.
