Following Sundays victory, Gervinho believes it is all coming together:

This is showing in the teams current form, with 3 wins on the bounce and more consistent and cohesive play throughout the team.
And long may this remain, as long as commentators stop trying to undermine all the good work by talking up RVP leaving due to our apparent lack of quality and slagging off young players, such as Jenkinson and Szczesny for the smallest mistakes.
