Does this man need to be interfeering in Arsenal’s business?

It seems that it is not only Barcelona players that need to learn how to keep their mouths shut. Just recently, France coach Laurent Blanc decided to get his name in the media spotlight by targeting another want-away Arsenal player, Samir Nasri.

Blanc, who spent 2 years at Manchester United, recently commented about Nasri being linked with a move to Manchester City this summer:

‘I know that [Nasri] is in talks with his club – not to extend his contract, because he said he would not, but to change club, I personally can’t wait for this to happen, because psychologically it is never easy to play in a team and to not be sure whether you will start the season or leave.’

I would have thought Blanc would’ve had enough of the bad press, especially following his comments earlier this year which almost cost him his position as the France manager. Sadly, it appears he has not learned his lesson and has this time risked the wrath of one of the few managers in the game to come out and speak up for him, Arsene Wenger.

I don’t believe his comments will have any affect on the Arsenal midfielder’s situation, as I believe Nasri has already made his mind up. Still, are his comments necessay?

Arsenal have recently announced how much they want for him, so the ball is in Mancini’s court now, and I for one would expect to see a renewed bid from the Italian for Nasri within the next 48 hours.

These ppl are really starting to piss me off talking about us all the time, something has to be done about this. It only seems to be arsenal who it is aimed at. Why don’t they try and sort out there own team, the french national teams a joke so he should start to sort their team spirit out before giving his opinions on other teams transfer dealings

Yes it’s essential for this man to interfering in Arsenal affairs. It not only pleases his old mate, Alex Fergusen, it helps us get the best price for Nasri.

We also have to accept soem of the blame in letting him and Clichy geting within one year of there contracts ending it shouldnt happen. You should be sitting down with 2 years left and if they dont sign and they go.

Now our hand is being forced and we cannot cant the best price fro Narsi and indeed Gael.

Personally I cannot wait to Narsi to go he has no loyalty to this club.

The quicker Messrs Fabregas and Nasri depart now, the better it will be for the morale in the dressing room. It is vital that the team concentrate on Newcastle United, Wenger’s game plan and nothing else. The eventual arrival of new blood will be of paramount importance to the future progress of the team but that will not take place before Saturday.
