Shakhtar Donetsk are ready to do business with Arsenal over Brazilian star Willian, according to The Sun.
Arsene Wenger has been monitoring the 22-year-old for quite sometime now, but the Frenchman maybe put off by the players £13 million price-tag.
However, it is thought that the Ukrainian side are willing to do a deal in which both clubs would be happy with.
Shakhtar are reportedly interested in want-away midfielder Denilson and could propose a part-exchange deal plus £4 million this summer.
Willian, who scored 8 goals in 43 appearances for Shakhtar last season, has attracted interest from around Europe, but has clearly indicated that he only desires a move to the Premier League if he were to leave the Ukraine.
I don’t know about you guys, but I think this would be a great deal, and truly hope that it ensues this summer – the quicker Denilson leaves the club the better.
IF we were to sign the Brazilian winger, then realistically, Wenger could push Theo Walcott, who recently stated he wants to play as a striker next season, upfront alongside Robin van Persie.
Make this deal happen Wenger.

why??? gibbs is a left back and willian is an attacking winger!!! Do it wenger ive seen him play a few times and he is very quick and has the skills to beat any man, he would be a great signing for us!!

If he is used as a winger…. He will replace nasri or Walcott…. Which I doubt.
Walcott will not be a striker with RVP as that would mean dropping fabregas or nasri ( our two best players). And we can’t drop either of two holding midfielders , as we are already struggling in defence.
Arsene wenger should please do this deal because willian is an aset missing in our squad and should give walcot the chance to play as a striker next season
yeah…i think it a gud deal….that means theo will partner rvp upfront….wit cesc going nasri(hope he stays} pullin the strings along with wilshere and song……
Walcott upfront next season looks a great idea if we get a out and out winger like this guy or Ashley young.
Willian is such a prolific & gifted player. Nothing stops us from acquiring his services as this would add depth to our team. Walcot, hope he doesn’t get injured in course of the season could be made an alternate striker. Wenger please be professional with your signings
