If you ever had the opportunity to play against Arsenal, who would you like to swap shirts with and why?
‘I think I would be going for Jack Wilshere or RVP for their shirt. Just my favourite players right now. My best mate played against Arsenal for Orient and ended up with Nik Bendtner’s!’
Haha…I’d certainly be torn. Not that I’d ever find myself in that position. But if I could dream for a second or two, would I go for the obvious and nab Cesc’s shirt, or am I the only one bartering with Bendtner? Pure fantasy talk. Moving on, if you could play along side any Arsenal player, past or present, who would it be?
‘The player I would love to have played along side without a doubt would be Dennis Bergkamp. I can only imagine what a pleasure that would have been, with his ability to spot a pass and finding my runs every time, class act.’

Indeed. Mario Balotelli is making a lot of headlines at the moment, for all the wrong reasons, and if I can hark back to Emmanuel Adebayor’s exit and the positive effect it had on the Arsenal dressing room for a moment. Is it possible for one player to have such a negative influence on the squad as a whole, and without naming any individuals, have you any first hand experience of this happening?
‘I’ve been in places where players have bad attitudes and team mates resent them for it, but it never spills over onto the pitch, once you’re playing then stuff like that is left behind.’
