Joe Hart has been told by Manchester City execs that any discussion over a new deal at Eastlands will be delayed until the summer, claims The Mail on Sunday.
The England No.1, who signed a five-year £30,000-a-week deal in 2008, has been informed by chief operating officer Graham Wallace that an improved pay packet will have to wait.
Hart revealed recently that he idolised former Gunners shot-stopper David Seaman as a youngster and with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reportedly monitoring the situation closely, the 23-year-old could be tempted to jump ship in order to play his football at the Emirates next season.
