With Arsenal yet to make a summer signing, getting that first deal over the line is bound to have fans itching for some news.

Although after a January window which saw the club only seal a failed loan move for Denis Suarez, these supporters aren’t getting their hopes up about Arsenal’s future dealings.

Rumours have linked The Gunners with a move for Celtic’s Kieran Tierney, but after an initial bid was rejected, the club were expected to go in with an improved offer to bring the Scotsman to the Emirates Stadium.

But as the negotiations have continued, Arsenal look no nearer to luring the left-back to the Premier League, as Celtic reportedly hold out for more money to sanction his sale.

Fans are growing frustrated at the slow progress being made, and some are starting to wonder if the rumours of his arrival will just prove too good to be true, as transfer talks start to drag on.

With time of the essence and supporters eager to see Unai Emery add to his ranks ahead of a crucial season, these fans seem less than hopeful that those in charge of the deal have what it takes to pull it off:
