Barcelona have offered Arsenal Denis Suarez as the midfielder seeks an exit from the Nou Camp in January.
The 24-year-old has found playing time hard to find under Ernesto Valverde, with the Spaniard playing just eight minutes of La Liga football this season.
The Independent claim Barcelona have communicated privately to the player’s representatives this week and are happy for him to leave when the January transfer window opens for as little as £14million.
Unai Emery is aware of Suarez’s ability having had him at Sevilla on a season-long loan, and the Spaniard may decide to make a move for the midfielder as he looks to replace Aaron Ramsey, who is set to leave the Emirates next summer.
Sources in Spain say Arsenal and Chelsea have made enquiries about Suarez’s availability, but it’s believed he has been offered to several clubs as Barca look to get a decent fee for the Spaniard.
Barcelona have sold the player to Villarreal in the past with a buyback clause of £3.1million, which they triggered after one successful season at the Estadio de la Ceramica.
However, the Independent go on to say that Barcelona are seeking a sell-on percentage rather than an option to bring the player back to Spain.
