Arsenal will have to fight off 13 other clubs if they want to land Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson, according to the Mirror journalist Adrian Kajumba.

The Sun reported at the start of the week that the Gunners had joined the battle to sign the England Under 21 international, and it seems the stopper’s list of suitors has continued to grow.

As well as a number of Premier League clubs and Championship sides, Portuguese champions Benfica, Serie A side Udinese and Greek club Olympiakos are also among the teams interested in the 20 year old.

Henderson is currently on loan at League One leaders Shewsbury Town where he has played ten league games so far, conceding just six times and keeping five clean sheets.

His contract at United expires in the summer, and it seems he will have a huge number of choices for his next club if he opts to leave Old Trafford in search for regular first team football.
