Monaco defensive midfielder has admitted that he would be interested in moving to the Premier day.

The Brazilian star’s father has stated in recent days that representatives from , Manchester United and Manchester City had all been in contact about the 23 year old’s availability. Talking ahead of last night’s match against Man City in the , Fabinho was asked about the speculation. He was quoted by the Manchester Evening News as saying:

“I have a contract until 2021, but the Premier League is a league that interests me and maybe one day I will come and play here.”

Fabinho said he was aware of the interest from a number of Premier League clubs but he is currently content to stay at the Ligue One outfit:

“I know my name was linked with more than one English club but I am happy at Monaco at the moment.”

Fabinho started the 5-3 loss to Manchester City last night. The holding midfielder still impressed for ’s side with two assists, one for Radamel Falcao’s equaliser to make it 1-1, and one for forward to put the French league side 2-1 up.
