Virgil Van Dijk
Van Dijk has arguably been the best player in the league in terms of central defenders this season and would improve any side in the division. Arsenal signed Shkodran Mustafi in the summer but competition for places is hugely vital at a club like the Gunners, something Arsene Wenger is well aware of, and Van Dijk would certainly give them that straight away in January.
