The old criticisms of Mesut Ozil came to the fore once again after the 1-1 draw with United as he appeared to be completely missing from the game. He was taken out of it at first by the host’s closing down of him but the world class players, as Ozil is trying to prove once and for all he is, still manage to make a mark. Unfortunately for Wenger, that is not what the German did.
