Campbell
Like Podolski, the Costa Rican spent the second-half of last season out on loan but with Villarreal.
Viewed as a big talent for the future and is admired by Wenger, but Campbell will find it extremely hard to get into Le Boss’ plans this season.
Benfica supposedly signed him on a season-long loan this summer, but the club’s president dismissed these rumours, leaving Campbell’s future at the Emirates in limbo. But Real Sociedad had previously expressed an interest in him and he also likes the idea of playing for the La Liga side, so a loan could still be on the cards.
Is this the right move to take with Campbell? Yes, I believe so. However, for the right price, Wenger should sell him altogether.
Flamini
A bit-part player last season but his experience is valuable. However, with many defensive midfielders being linked with a move to the Emirates this summer and the emergence of Francis Coquelin last season, the Frenchman will not feature much this upcoming campaign. At 31, Flamini has unfortunately become surplus to requirements, and should a club offer a decent fee for his services then we should accept it.
Absolutely 100% right!
There’s more he can let go too.
Rosicky deserves playing regularly at another club. He is so far down the pecking order it is unfair to keep him and should be released on a free. Sanogo is 3 years away from showing any real first team quality and should go for a 2 season-long loan somewhere. And Gnabry should also go on loan but not be sold.
For campbell i dont think its right,we should have stronger substitution:we gunners need to watch out
ospina and Roskicy should stay
Its right to get rid of any players who we wouldn’t want to see in the starting 11. We need 18 Quality players not squad players who when called upon are not good enough. While we clearing out we should clear Arteta, Sanogo and Jenkinson.
