Which out of these THREE strikers should Wenger go for?

|

28-year-old is a proven goalscorer, but many will question whether he could do it elsewhere – the Portuguese league isn’t exactly the most competitive or attractive to watch.

But Arsenal appear keen, with reports suggesting they are close to signing and set to trigger Martinez’s £24.7 million release clause. And the player has previously expressed his desire to play for the Gunners.

Karim BenzemaBenzema:

Has been on Arsenal’s radar for countless seasons now. So much so, it’s actually becoming boring and repetitive. But Wenger has liked him since his Lyon days and seems to have infatuation with the French striker.

Benzema has been a regular for Real since joining them from Lyon back in 2009 and is again a proven goalscorer, netting 137 goals in 289 appearance in all competitions. Not bad if you are in the same team as Cristiano Ronaldo.

But his future looks to be in doubt with the arrival of Rafa Benitez, who doesn’t see him fitting into his system, according to reports in Spain. Arsenal will again attempt to lure Benzema to the Emirates this summer if this proves to be the case, readying a £35 million offer.

Benzema has been the striker most Arsenal fans want at the club, could Wenger finally, finally snap him up this summer?

Out of the three strikers mentioned, I would like to see either Higuain or Benzema come in. They would suit our style of play and offer more to the side than Martinez. The Colombia international does have an impressive record in front of goal, but splashing out nearly £25 million on a player who gets goals in Portugal would be a gamble, and Wenger doesn’t do gambles.

Which one out of the three forwards would you like to see sign for Arsenal this summer?

If u hardly assist it means u hardly pass the ball. So martinez isn’t ok. Benzemer doesn’t have the strenght needed. Huguain can be managed. But i did prefer walcot.
