Alexander MilosevicTransfer rumours will be coming thick and fast from now until the end of the month and one of the latest names to hit the mill is Arsenal’s ‘pursuit’ of Swedish centre-back Alexander Milosevic, who is pushing for a move to the Premier League.

The 21-year-old, who currently plays for Swedish club AIK, is out of contract in the summer and the defender’s agent Francesco Di Frisco is looking for a suitable Premier League club for his client.

Liverpool and Fulham are said to be the other two Premier League clubs, along with Arsenal, interested in Milosevic’s services.

However they face stiff competition from across Europe with AC Milan, Celtic, Fiorentina and Eintracht Frankfurt also monitoring the Swede’s progress.

Milosevic is said to be one of the most sought-after youngsters in Europe and has produced some impressive displays for both club and country.

In 2011, Arsenal were reportedly considering a £3.5 million offer for the defender, but they now have the chance to nab him on a free when his contract expires at the end of the season.
