Robert LewandowskiRobert Lewandowski has alerted the likes of Arsenal, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United by denying a future move to Bayern Munich.

The 25-year-old is out of contract at Dortmund next summer and reports in Germany suggested he had signed a pre-contact deal to join Pep Guardiola’s side.

But the Poland international newly stated that he denied making comments about a future move to the Bavarian club, and although he plans to leave Dortmund when his current deal expires, he has yet to decide his future:

‘I was a bit shocked after I saw the quotes come out on Tuesday.

‘My only intention was to answer the question about when I would clarify my future.

‘Like I’ve said before, I intend to leave Dortmund, but I can’t say anything else until January.’

The recent quotes from the Polish hitman will undoubtedly alert the big guns of the Premier League and around Europe, now more so than Arsene Wenger.

Although Olivier Giroud has been in superb form for the Gunners at the start of the season, Arsenal are in desperate need of recruiting another striker to help the Frenchman with the goals.

Wenger tried to sign Luis Suarez in the summer but Liverpool were able to keep the Uruguayan forward at Merseyside.

But with Lewandowski recently denying he has signed a pre-contract agreement with Bayern, Wenger should certainly look at the possibility of bringing in the most in-demand forward in world football next summer. And with Mesut Ozil now at the club, Arsenal could well be a contender for his signature. Wenger just needs to be brave and follow up from the Ozil signing by persuading Lewandowski that the Emirates is the place to be.

Well if he is open to joining us then Wenger has to get him it would be on the cheap as his contract is ending so that should make Wenger happy and he is still young so it’s a no brainer from our end just hope he will want to come to us as he will have his pick of top clubs
