AC Milan are ready to make a move for Arsenal target Lukas Podolski – regardless of whether they sign Carlos Tevez or not, according to talkSPORT.
Despite the Serie A champions expressing an interest in the Manchester City striker, the Italian giants appear to be keeping their options wide open and have recently singled out FC Koln’s Podolski.
The 26-year-old German international would welcome a move to Arsenal after reportedly falling out with the club’s director of Sport Volke Finke. However, with news of Milan’s interest surfacing, the German club may decide to spark a bidding war between Arsenal and the Serie A outfit for their prized asset.
Arsenal’s interest in Podolski is firm and clear but with Milan entering the run in for the German ace, Arsene Wenger may have to act fast if he wants to land his number one target.
