Arsenal target Eden Hazard would succeed in the Premier League, according to his former Lille team-mate Gervinho.
The pair were in tandem as Lille landed the Ligue 1 title last season and the Arsenal attacker believes there wouldn’t be a problem adjusting for the Belgian if he were to join him at the Emirates.
Gervinho told RMC Sports:
‘Hazard is a young player with enormous quality.’
‘If he has decided to leave, it is normal for clubs to be interested, as he has the level to triumph in a big league like England.’
‘Eden has learnt a lot at Lille, and I believe he could succeed abroad.’
Earlier this week Hazard admitted he would likely leave Lille at the end of the current campaign.
