Conspiracy theorists of the world unite!!!

Arsenal went to Marseille with an over cautious approach, with the intention to not lose and came away with a much appreciated snatch and grab, thanks to Rambo and his 93rd strike.

I’m assuming the empty stadium added further to the players’ malaise and, once again, Theo flattered to deceive. One can only assume his days are numbered?

An interesting point was raised by Tommy Smyth on ESPN Australia commentary during the game.

He claimed that, the ref in that Barça game, had structured Arsenal’s future and that if Robin van Persie hadn’t been sent off that night, Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri would still be at the club and the turmoil of the summer wouldn’t have taken place.

A bold statement and as conspiracy theories go, this has to be high on the list in the range of sublime to the ridiculous.

Cesc was always going to Barça no matter what happened and Samir was always going to chase the almighty dollar.

Another case of another pundit talking shite and trying to make a name for himself.
