Why we should fear for Wenger at Arsenal

The question we all have to ask our self is – is Arsenal in crisis? In my honest opinion, Arsene Wenger is delusional, he cannot see the obvious occurring at our club, or can he? Does he not want to state the obvious?

Firstly with comments suggesting Cesc Fabregas is staying at Arsenal and is happy at the club to 24 hours later being confirmed as a Barcelona player, there was no reason to state such a comment in an interview, this lead to allot of fans losing faith and belief in out club.

We all know the current situation with the wage structure and the budget he has set on spending on new players, but the problem is Arsenal does not appeal to world-class players. The club has turned a new leaf and is now in a real crisis, Wenger does not want the fans to turn against him so he has to hide behind his own words to try and convince us that we are financially in a very good position and that injuries and suspensions are the current fault in our failure.

After our lost to Liverpool over the weekend, Wenger claimed we played very well until the sending off, and with 8 Players out before the match there was nothing to worry about because they will be back and everything will be ok? In these 8 players which he has stated, it is very hard to believe that Squillachi, Almunia, Traore will make a difference?

We have to rely on youth Prospects being brought in for too much money to do a job for us in the current seasons, and the only attraction for them is playing football. Can we honestly see Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain , Joel Campbell and Ryo Miyaichi winning us silverware this season single-handedly ? I doubt it , we could possibly reach another Carling Cup final and lose.

Losing out on players in the past was a sign of things to come. Wenger and the Arsenal board have not been able to convince players such as Patrick Vieira, Gilberto Silva, Thierry Henry, Cesc Fabregas and Gael Clichy to stay at the club because of either players wanting to leave for more Money, losing attraction to the Arsenal way or Wenger’s policy of not willing to give more than 1 year contracts to over 30-year-olds.

The situation with no trophies won in 6 Seasons is a massive turn off for players with ambition and the will to win to come to us is also a massive negative turn off for players at the club at their peak wanting to win winners medals. For example, I cannot see our current captain Robin van Persie – who has now hit his peak – wanting to stay with Arsenal at the end of this season if no trophies have been won.

I can see this season peaking at one point with the odd wins here and there, but I can also see this season with silly defeats by losing out to lower opposition and rival teams which will only anger the fans and players involved at AFC.

To finish off my piece, I would like to end with a motto which could help Wenger and Arsenal FC out:

Money + big-name players = team spirit, which = great performances, which = trophies and happy Fans

Sort it out Arsene…

Whether it is the board or the Boss himself that is responsible for this state of affairs, it doesn’t matter. All the fans want is a winning football club. Arsenal could be compared to a poultry farm where you buy day old chicks, feed them to maturity, sell them and bring in new ones. That’s the business of the club. They are not keen on wining trophies. If that happens fine, if not, excuses are given. Wenger told us he was very busy on the phone when there was enough time in the transfer market. What is the result of those phone calls? We are told to continue to support the club but for how long? Things are getting worse. I pray a miracle happens soon. I am sad.

How do you know it is the board that does not allow Wenger to sign players. Are you an insider? Some people have been trying to convince other fans that the board is to blame. Absolutely not, It’s all wenger fault. Board gives him a large sum of money to spend but he just does not want to spend because it will harm his ridiculous youth policy. I once was a big fan of wenger. My love for him has waned significantly for the last two years. Please wenger the last chance for you to get us back on track. I do not want such a big name like Kaka or things like that. But the defenders must be signed and also cesc or nasri’s replacement because I dont rate Ramsey at all.

by Guest Blogger … This says it all really.

Anybody can write delusional rubbish like this anonymously.

Hiding behind a mask is deceitful. It shows you can’t man up enough to lend your name to the tripe written here. Why? Because you know it’s rubbish and you don’t want your name associated with it. Therefore it’s pointless.

Full to all arsenal board and mr wenger

The question we all have to ask our self (ourselves) is – is (are) Arsenal in crisis? In my honest opinion, Arsene Wenger is delusional, he cannot see the obvious occurring at our club, or can he (surely he’s blind if he can’t see – delusional implies something slightly different)? Does he not want to state the obvious (you’d prefer him to be openly negative about the team, his players etc etc)?
Firstly with comments suggesting Cesc Fabregas is staying at Arsenal and is happy at the club to 24 hours later being confirmed as a Barcelona player, there was no reason to state such a comment in an interview, this lead to allot (a lot) of fans losing faith and belief in out club (he wanted to keep the player. He said several times that Fabregas loves the club, which he does, and after one of the times he said it Fabregas left. We all knew he was going, it wasn’t a surprise, but i’m damn sure Wenger was as disappointed as the rest of us to lose him).
We all know the current situation with the wage structure and the budget he has set on spending on new players (if you’re not on the board, how can you possibly state this with any conviction. We’ve got some money, but nobody has any idea apart from the management at the club just how much), but the problem is Arsenal does not appeal to world-class players (plenty of quality players want to play at the club for sporting reasons, its the ones who are chasing personal fortunes who aren’t interested). The club has turned a new leaf (which leaf is that?) and is now in a real crisis (a crisis is not being able to pay our players, or defaulting on our repayments on the stadium. We’ve had a slow start to the season – that is all), Wenger does not want the fans to turn against him (most Arsenal fans still support our club and all its staff – even the ones we’d prefer not to play too much) so he has to hide behind his own words to try and convince us that we are financially in a very good position (whilst we are in a lot of debt with the stadium, we are still very wealthy compared to a vast majority of other football clubs) and that injuries and suspensions are the current fault in our failure (that is currently the case, as you go on and explain, we’ve got something like 8 plays out or suspended).
After our lost (loss) to Liverpool over the weekend, Wenger claimed we played very well until the sending off (which is true, we were still drawing and the game had been pretty even – and even then both goals were lucky/dubious), and with 8 Players out before the match there was nothing to worry about because they will be back and everything will be ok? (no need for a question mark there) In these 8 players which he has stated, it is very hard to believe that Squillachi, Almunia, Traore will make a difference (no, but they we’re still injured and they still play for Arsenal – just because you wouldn’t pick them doesn’t make them meaningless)?
We have to rely on youth Prospects being brought in for too much money (how much is too much money?) to do a job for us in the current seasons, and the only attraction for them is playing football (that’s what footballers do – except the City and Chelski boys, they spend as much time playing football as they do counting five pound notes in the back of their gold plated honda civics). Can we honestly see Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain , Joel Campbell and Ryo Miyaichi winning us silverware this season single-handedly (I hate to point out a footballing fundamental to you mate, but i’m gonna: it’s an 11 v 11 game at the moment (or in our case a 10 v 11 game). Aren’t the new signings allowed to pass to their team mates or do they literally have to play on their own)? I doubt it , we could possibly reach another Carling Cup final (we could and one day probably will) and lose (sometimes that happens in football, but i’ve yet to meet a footballer who does so on purpose) .
Losing out on players in the past was a sign of things to come (players will always leave). (or alternatively Wenger let some of these players because 1. he considered them past their best. 2. he wanted to free up some money from their wages. 3. he got offered good money for them. 4. they didn’t want to wear the colours of Arsenal and were therefore no longer wanted at the club. Sure some players get disenchanted or get greedy, but its not all doom and gloom as you suggest).
The situation with no trophies won in 6 Seasons is a massive turn off for players with ambition and the will to win to come to us is also a massive negative turn off for players at the club at their peak wanting to win winners medals (whilst this is true in a sense, there are plenty of ambitious players who want to play for the club and stay at the club. This sentence is also bereft of any meaningful grammar or punctuation and doesn’t really make sense). For example, I cannot see our current captain Robin van Persie – who has now hit his peak – wanting to stay with Arsenal at the end of this season if no trophies have been won (have you employed your mind reading scanner on him? This is pure speculation).
I can see this season peaking at one point with the odd wins here and there (why – how bold of you to predict this), but I can also see this season with silly defeats by losing out to lower opposition and rival teams which will only anger the fans and players involved at AFC (you really are a psychic aren’t you – you know everything that’s going to happen next year – you must be a millionaire with all that money you must win on the pools).
To finish off my piece, I would like to end with a motto (more of an equation isn’t it mate – but who am I to get in the way of a footballing genius such as yourself – go on) which could help Wenger and Arsenal FC out:
Money + big-name players = team spirit, which = great performances, which = trophies and happy Fans (I bet if Wenger reads this it’s going to sort out all his problems. Well done for single handedly solving all our issues in one swoop)
    Sort it out Arsene…
(I’m sorry, but this is the most imbecilic post I’ve ever read on here. So much so that I felt compelled to deconstruct its nonsensical rubbish for all to see. You need to get a grip mate. And when you’ve done that you need to go back to school and have another crack at your English exams. A mistake here or there is one thing, but large chunks of this blog made no sense whatsoever.)
