Reports are suggesting that Arsene Wenger is ready to offload Jay Emmanuel-Thomas this summer, but the Frenchman is looking for a fee close to £1 million for the Arsenal youngster.

Emmanuel-Thomas has been loaned out to Blackpool, Doncaster and Cardiff City in the past, but now looks set to leave the Emirates on a permanent basis.

It is believed that Wenger has offered the 6’3’’ striker to a number of Championship clubs already after failing to make the grade at Arsenal.

6 appearances in the past 3 seasons – pretty much says it all doesn’t it?

Time to ‘JET’ off Jay, good luck.

If I was Arsene, I wouldn’t offload this boy rather loaned him to a club in Premiership. once we offload players they go all the way and become big players especially if they never gave us problems. Reconsider your decision Arsene coz these players lacked that education of Ruthness of which I can only blame the manager and Steve Bould. we need to instill belief in the team and aggresiveness so that they can do what ever they want on the pitch knowing that they are the only one out there. Now when these boys don’t do this they say they must leave. why can’t we offload the french players? it is time for the Board to review this and come to terms of dealing with it.

JET, relax you going nowhere boy.

arsen said a year ago once he sorts his fitness out not only will he be a player, he will be a great player, so I dont think he’ll be that keen in offloading him, more crap from this blog

Reports are suggesting this, I’m merely putting it on the site. If its such a crap blog like you cliam, then why do you continue viewing it?

Firstly, Jay was the youth captain.
Second, he has scored LOADS of goals, including a hat trick in the game last week where they one 9-0 and he was the main man.
I don’t get it. He hi my favorite youth player, and at 6ft 3″ tall, and from Hackney you’d think we’d keep him.
Who wrote that article in the Mirror anywayz?

he doesnt put himself on the pitch… had he got the game time N52 has had over the last 2 years that caption would be saying… “arsenal selling prized assett to city for £40mil”
all this guy does is destroy reserve teams and do well at championship clubs whom do not play the arsenal way.. this would be a silly move. this boy will be a world beater

everytime I’ve seen him play he looks like he cant be bothered, at the top level he needs the workrate as well as his undoubted talent.too me he looks lazy and has that south London Gangsta attitude that doesn’t bode well for someone hoping to be a professional footballer at one of the top clubs in europe.

World beater ?! I don’t think so, we tried to loan out the jet to a premier league club in january and nobody would have him so he went to cardiff where he didn’t really do much spending most time on the bench coming on, yes a good record at reserves level but that level is miles away from the championship let alone the prem and champs league! I agree a prem loan could improve him but I don’t think anyone would take him therefore we should cash in on him
