Want-away Arsenal midfielder Denilson is close to sealing a loan deal to Sao Paulo, according to sources in Brazil.
The 23-year-old, who made 32 appearances for Arsenal last season, has expressed his desire to quit the Emirates outfit towards the end of last season’s campaign and looks set to rejoin the club he began his career at.
A source told Brazilian sport website Lancenet.com:
‘Everything has been settled. He is already returning home and he is very happy with that.’
The only problem with this rumour is the fact that it’s a reported temporary move rather than a permanent one for the Brazilian.
I, probably like a lot of you reading this, just want Denilson off our books once and for all.I hope that this proposed loan deal doesn’t come to pass this summer.
