Arsenal look set to beat Premier League rivals Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City to Barcelona wonderkid Rafinha.
The Spain U-19 international has been on Arsene Wenger’s radar for some time, with the Gunners boss also having targeted his highly-rated older brother Thiago Alcantra.
The 18-year-old’s contract expires with the La Liga champions in June, meaning Arsenal have all but secured the midfielder’s services on a free transfer.

Spot on mate. He should now be judged on the last 5-6 seasons. Not on the seasons where he has relied on other managers purchases. Yes he has bought 2-3 great players in his time with. The puppet has moved us into a new home (Really down to Fizman)
