Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie has been ruled out of action for 3 weeks, after sustaining a knee injury in the Carling Cup final this past Sunday.
The 27-year-old suffered his latest setback after netting the Gunners equaliser at Wembley by performing a wonderful scissor-kick volley. However, as great as the goal was, it truly came at a heavy price for Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger will now be without his most lethal striker for at least 3 weeks, and evidently, is out of the Champions League second leg clash against Barcelona next Tuesday.
Of course, one mans loss is another’s gain. With Theo Walcott also on the shelf for a couple of weeks, Wenger now only has Nicklas Bendtner and Marouane Chamakh to choose from, but who should get the nod?
Bendtner has netted 6 goals in 26 appearances for Arsenal so far this season, whilst Chamakh has bagged 10 in 35 appearances.

This is a tough choice, I think though Bendtner should possibly play because he probably has more experience then Chamakh.
