Should Wenger start Nasri against Barca tomorrow night? [poll]

|

Arsene Wenger WILL include Samir Nasri into the Arsenal starting line-up against Barcelona tomorrow night, according to the Daily Mail.

The Frenchman successfully passed a fitness test yesterday, after sustaining a pulled hamstring in last month’s F.A Cup clash against Huddersfield Town.

The 23-year-old will be looked over one more time by the Arsenal medical team before making any decision, but it’s highly likely that as long as the influential midfielder comes out unscathed, through yet another training session, Wenger will recall Nasri against the Catalan giants.

Undoubtedly, Nasri’s inclusion into the starting line-up would be a huge boost for Arsenal and their chances against Barcelona. However, many will ask (including me) whether or not Wenger should in fact throw the midfielder back into action so swiftly after recovering from injury, especially into such a high profile game.

I’m not too sure if he should or shouldn’t be risked. If he’s ready then maybe he should play, the only problem is will he be match fit and I think we all know he won’t be, so maybe he shouldn’t play, then again he is one of our best players and maybe should be risked. This is a tough call.
