Tomas Rosicky’s agent has dismissed rumours linking the experienced midfielder with a move to Fulham, and also states that he will hold talks with Arsene Wenger over his client’s future at the club as soon as possible.

The 31-year-old, who was once linked with a move to Werder Bremen, has only managed to start five games for the Gunners this season and is out of contract in the summer.

However, Rosicky’s representative, Pavel Paska, insists no potential transfer away from the Emirates will occur until he has spoken to Wenger:

Paska said:

‘Fulham is just press speculation.

‘I am now going to have a meeting with Arsene Wenger but won’t comment on anything before that. I don’t like to give any prognosis to the press.

‘I react on facts and that means I will express myself only when we know the result of this meeting.’

The Czech Republic skipper joined the Gunners back in 2006 from Borussia Dortmund. However, due to several injuries sustained during his time in England, Rosicky has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the starting line-up.

And with only 6 months left to run on his existing Arsenal deal, it looks highly likely (in my opinion anyway) that he could be heading out of the Emirates exit doors at the end of the season.

Personally, I would like to see Wenger offer Rosicky a new one-year deal at Arsenal, as I think the creative midfielder makes for a good squad member and someone to call upon when we lack ingenuity in our midfield.
